CLASSIC GUNNEBO® LIFTING PROGRAM
Within the Classic range of Gunnebo®, an infinite number of combinations are possible, in which the various coupling options are perfectly matched to each other. Parts with a safe working load of 1.1 to 125 tonnes are available from stock. Chains and components are made of specially hardened and annealed alloy steel. This guarantees: A very high strength, low weight, high wear resistance, long service life. All Gunnebo® “Classic” components are uniformly marked with equivalent chain dimensions. Gunnebo® Classic is a total concept of hoisting materials. The chains and components are thus designed to provide more flexibility and to be able to carry out every lifting task optimally. This applies to hoisting chains, steel wire and hoisting belts. The Classic range includes the Classic Grade 8 chain, a short link chain of the KLB type according to EN818-2, the short link OG, welding hook with valve type EKN, safety hook type OBK, safety hook type BK, safety hook with ball bearing swivel type BKLK, foundry hook type OKE.
GRABIQ HOISTING PROGRAM
Gunnebo® GrabiQ® hoisting program distinguishes itself by ingenuity and simplicity. All possible topalm combinations consist of up to 3 components. The ‘Grade 10’ has 25% more lifting capacity than the usual ‘Grade 8’ quality. Consult the PDF catalogue for complete documentation on the Gunnebo® GrabiQ® hoisting program. LIFTING BLOCKS & DISCS
Since 1988, Gunnebo® Johnson Corporation, a manufacturer of wire rope disks and lifting blocks, has been a member of Gunnebo® Industries. The discs are manufactured using a proprietary forging process; ForgeFab® and a patented hardening method. This method produces very robust and wear-resistant cable discs. The product range includes snatch blocks, sheaves, wire rope sheaves, swivels and crane blocks.
