Gravity die casting (low pressure die casting)

Complex internal cavities can be produced using Gravity die casting (low-pressure casting). The ability to insert metal parts into the casting (such as bolts, tubes, etc.) has great advantages.

High pressure die casting

High pressure die casting is used to produce products, with an aluminium or zinc alloy, at very attractive product prices. In addition, they are suitable for small and complex thin-walled parts, and have a very consistent product quality.

Sand casting

With sand casting, very complex or detailed castings can be made and the technique can be used for casting almost all metal alloys. An advantage of this is that large components can be manufactured.

Investment casting (water glass process)

Water glass casted components are mainly used in cases where heavier/stronger and more complex shapes are required. This technique is used in the production of trailers, agricultural machinery and in the offshore industry.

Investment casting (silica sol process)

The lost-wax casting technique offers unlimited freedom in design and choice of materials. Specific applications can be found in the automotive industry, pump industry, architecture and general industrial engineering.

Shell moulding

With shell moulding, complex parts can be created with thinner wall thicknesses and high dimensional accuracy. Shell moulding is particularly suitable for castings weighing less than 75 kg.
