Shackles

Our shackles and bolts are forged, hardened and heat-treated under. This makes them highly wear-resistant under all conditions. Each fastener is individually tested to at least 2 times the working load for optimum use in every application.

Master-Links

Master-links are manufactured and comply with EN 1677-4 and ASME B30.26 standards. They are hard and tempered for optimum strength and impact resistance. Each top link is labelled with a batch number, making it possible to trace the entire manufacturing process.

Chainworks

The range of the chainworks links runs from 6 to 32 mm and is available in both Grade 8 and Grade 10, with a maximum working load of 40 tons. The link links are easy to assemble and disassemble and comply with ASTM A-952 standards.

Safety hooks

Safety hooks are better protected from damage by a recessed pawl. The larger thumb space ensures easy operation, even with gloves on. Spare parts are available for all flap and safety hooks.

Lifting Points

Lifting points are individually packed and supplied with instructions. The bolts are available with metric and UNC threads and individually trial-loaded. In addition, they are galvanized for optimum protection against corrosion.

IP Slab Clamps

IP Slab Clamps are the solution for lifting slabs and tubes when no lifting point is available. The clamps are available up to a working load of 30 tons. The clamps are individually packed with an instruction manual and certificate. A wide range of spare parts is available.

McKissick

Standard McKissick snatch blocks are available from 2 to 60 tons with shackle or hook. There are many variations in sheave and cable diameter and are fitted with ball or roller bearings. All blocks have an integrated grease nipple. They can also produce blocks on request.

Turnbuckles

The turnbuckles can be supplied with eye or clevis connection. The UNJ thread ensures high wear resistance. The tensioners comply with ASME B30-26 standard for optimal use in all circumstances.

Wire and ropes

The sizing of end fittings is based on the breaking strength of the cable for optimum efficiency. The range includes eyes, gaffs and sleeves. Combined with Wirelock, it is possible to securely connect any cable to the fitting.

Straightpoint

The Straightpoints offering a wide range of tensiometers. These are available with wired or wireless handheld readers, Bluetooth functionality for use with mobile apps or computer software. There are also ATEX certified, waterproof, models designed specifically for wire rope and fully customized solutions.

BlokCam

BlockCam is a wireless monitoring system that can be quickly and easily attached to a crane's lifting block, allowing the operator to always see the load and the environment of the lifting job. This ensures optimum safety and efficiency in places where the operator's view is limited.

ROV

The ROV closures are available with a working load of 9.5 to 85 tons, with or without a threaded bolt if required. There is a choice of 4 stainless steel handles that are individually interchangeable. In addition, the brackets feature forged ‘QUIC-CHECK’ indicators, so that any deformations are immediately visible.
