General Conditions for the Order, Supply, and Delivery of Goods

1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed with ELCEE are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the items ordered, pricing, and estimated delivery dates.
2. Pricing: Our freight and handling charges are calculated dynamically.
   • Order value < €100.- contribution: €27.50
   • Order value €100.- to €250.- contribution: €22.50
   • Order value €250.- to €500.- contribution: €17.50
   • Order value from €500.- contribution: free
3. Delivery Terms: ELCEE commits to delivering goods in a timely manner; however, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as natural disasters or transportation issues.
4. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon receiving the goods, customers are encouraged to inspect all items for accuracy and any damage. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to ELCEE within a specified period to facilitate resolution.
5. Returns and Cancellations: Requests for returns or cancellations must be submitted in writing within a designated timeframe. ELCEE reserves the right to implement restocking fees for returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELCEE operates, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
