Indumes becomes ELCEE
We are pleased to inform you that after the merger of Indumes’ and ELCEE’s operations in July 2022, we are also merging under the same name, ELCEE, from 1 January.
This latest move coincides with ELCEE’s jubilee year 2023. Since 1923, we as ELCEE have been serving our customers by supplying engineered components and assemblies as well as standard components.
Indumes and ELCEE
At the end of December 2020, Indumes B.V. was acquired by ELCEE, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward enhanced service and innovation in the industrial components sector. This acquisition has allowed us to strengthen our portfolio and expand our capabilities, creating a more robust foundation for our clients. By integrating Indumes’ extensive range of products and services, we are now better equipped to meet the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality components and assemblies.
The transition has been smooth, with both teams working diligently to align operations and share best practices. In summer 2022, we reached another important milestone with the completion of the legal merger. This merger represents not only a consolidation of resources but also a commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Starting in January 2023, we are excited to serve our customers jointly under the unified name of ELCEE. This change reflects our dedication to providing a seamless and comprehensive service experience. Our customers can expect the same reliability and quality they have come to trust, now backed by the combined expertise of both Indumes and ELCEE. We look forward to this new chapter and are eager to continue supporting our customers with enhanced offerings and innovative solutions. Together, we are poised to reach new heights and achieve greater success in the years to come.
