Acquisition PRINS
In 2023 ELCEE acquired Prins Metallurgische Producten BV. With Prins, ELCEE covers the full spectrum of castings and forgings from small to big size and light to heavy weight in different materials from cast iron to stainless-steel.
New investor
ELCEE has gained a new investor, Torqx.
Acquisition ChinaWorks
In 2023, ELCEE acquired China Works, which expanded the capabilities in aluminium casting.

Elceestaal N.V. starts focusing on the B2B-market in 1955.

“HET WITTE HUIS”
At the start of 1940, the shop on the Binnenweg and the warehouse are destroyed. The restart takes place in “Het Witte Huis” in Rotterdam 1940.
Where it al began
Foundation of “Louis Cohen’s IJzerwaren” at the Binnenweg-street in Rotterdam in 1923. This means that it is the start of the History of ELCEE.
