Continuation of TMS activities by ELCEE
ELCEE has taken over the activities of TMS as of 1 June 2022. With this takeover, there will be a smooth transition for existing collaborations.
TMS, Technical Manufacturing Services B.V., set up in the mid-1990s by Frans van Deuren, specialises in outsourcing the production of technical semi-finished products. Frans van Deuren retired years ago and the shares were taken over by his son Harm van Deuren. Because the last employee, Mr Jan Franken, will reach retirement age on 1 September 2022, TMS has been looking for a party to take over its activities. That party has been found in ELCEE, the Netherlands’ largest player in the field of industrial components and assemblies. With ±300 employees, ELCEE is a very reliable and secure party for the future.
Forging and production partners in India
The activities of TMS enrich the portfolio of ELCEE. The addition of high-quality production partners in Eastern Europe and India, with which TMS has long-standing collaborations, complements ELCEE’s production network and strengthens its regionally independent position. In particular, the high-quality forgings produced in India will enhance ELCEE’s capabilities for its customers.
