Your first day at work
After signing your contract, registering for your pension and all other official activities, it is time to get to know the rest of the organisation. During the application period we will take the time to give you an impression of the office and your workplace.
Introduction ELCEE
On your first working day you will start with an introduction round to all colleagues. You will receive a personal induction programme, which will clearly show what the expectations are for the first few days. This will include internal training of our ERP system and you can possibly work one day in the warehouse to experience how our goods flow in combination with the orders that come from your new department rolling out of the system.
Your buddy will show you the way within the organisation, tell you the practical information about ELCEE and give you useful tips that are important for your new challenge.

This mentorship will not only help you settle in but also empower you to contribute effectively to our team.
